PRO 120 SPRAY offers top of the line protection and esthetic look, while enabling the detailer the ability to work in a comfortable and efficient manner. 100% inorganic polymers infused with trillions of nanodiamond particles are combined to create a finish that will amaze.
PRO 120 SPRAY is a multi-stage, top-of-the-line nanodiamond coating. Utilizing our most sophisticated pairng of enriched nanodiamond composites, PRO 120 creates immense protection, scratch resistance and rich color depth.
Combined with PRO HYDRO, our long-lasting hydrophobic topcoat, this package creates an intense mirror-like gloss and irresistable slickness. With proper preparation, PRO 120 SPRAY will yield up to 10 years of hardened, hydrophobic protection.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
APPLICATION TIPS
If applying in high heat or high humidity, lower time between application and removal.Test over a small area to determine appropriate time to let the coating bond to the surface.
Apply PRO 120 A to body, headlights, rubber, and metal trim.
Apply PRO 120 B to body, headlights, rubber, and metal trim.
Apply PRO HYDRO to body, headlights, and metal trim, but not to rubber/plastic.
PRO 120 A / PRO 120 B / PRO HYDRO: As the coating bonds to the surface a haze will appear. This indicates the coating is ready to remove. If product dries on the surface or is difficult to remove, re-wet the area with more product and immediately buff off..
IR Curing Lamp settings:
Temperature: 50-60C / 120-140F
Distance to Paintwork: 60-70 cm / 24-28 inches
Time: 15-20 minutes for each element

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash, polish and treat areas to be coated withDIAMOND BODY PREP.Shake the bottle ofPRO 120 SPRAY Afor 15 seconds.Connect the bottle to the Diamond ProTech adapter and then to the IWATA LPH-80 spray gun.SprayPRO 120 SPRAY Aevenly over 3-4 sections of the car. Partially overlap each pass over the previous to insure full coverage.Wait 10-15 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.Clean the spray gun withSOLVENT SPRAYto prepare for120 SPRAY B.
Wait 1 hour to allow PRO 120 SPRAY A to bond before applying the next layer: PRO 120 SPRAY B
Shake the bottle ofPRO 120 SPRAY Bwell for 15 seconds.Connect bottle to the Diamond ProTech adapter and then to the IWATA LPH-80 spray gun.SprayPRO 120 SPRAY Bevenly over 1-2 sections of the car. Partially overlap each pass over the previous to insure full coverage.Wait 1-3 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.Clean the spray gun withSOLVENT SPRAYto prepare forPRO HYDRO SPRAY.
Diamond ProTech recommends using IR curing lamps to accelerate the curing process. If no IR curing lights are used, wait four hours to allow PRO 120 SPRAY B to dry before applying the next layer, PRO HYDRO SPRAY.
Shake the bottle ofPRO HYDRO SPRAYwell for 15 seconds and connect the bottle to the Diamond ProTech spray adapter and then to the IWATA LPH-80 spray gun.Proceed to sprayPRO HYDRO SPRAYevenly over 3-4 sections of the car. Partially overlap each spray pass over the previous one to insure full coverage.Wait 7-10 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.Clean spray gun withSOLVENT SPRAYwhen finished.Allow coating system to cure for 2 hours before using the vehicle.
FOR APPLICATION YOU NEED SPRAYGUN
We recommend that you use an IWATA LPH-80 spray gun with 0.8mm needle. Clean spray gun with SOLVENT SPRAY between layers and immediately after applying final layer of coating to avoid any permanent damage to the spray gun
Recommended spray gun settings:
Air nipple – 3.5
Fluid nipple – 3.5-4.5 (depending on porousness of surface)
Pressure – 0.1-0.2 BA
