Diamond ProTech End of Summer Sale $500 Grand Prize Drawing – Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase is not required to enter the $500 Grand Prize Drawing.

Promotion Period:
The End of Summer Sale runs from September 8, 2026 through September 22, 2026.

Prize:
One eligible winner will receive a $500 cash grand prize. Only one grand prize winner will be selected. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution will be made except at Diamond ProTech’s discretion.

How to Enter With Purchase:
During the Promotion Period, each qualifying purchase made at DiamondProTech.com will receive one entry into the $500 Grand Prize Drawing.

How to Enter Without Purchase:
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one entry into the $500 Grand Prize Drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 22, 2026 and received by October 1st, 2026.

Entry Limits:
One qualifying purchase equals one entry. One valid mail-in entry equals one entry. Entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and drawing process regardless of entry method.

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Diamond ProTech are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be contacted using the information provided at checkout or on the mail-in entry. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on or around October 3, 2026.

Winner Notification:
The selected winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. If the selected winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Diamond ProTech may select an alternate winner.

General Conditions:
Diamond ProTech reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Taxes:
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to the prize.

Publicity:
By accepting the prize, winner grants Diamond ProTech permission to use their name, likeness, and/or general location for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Release:
By entering, participants agree to release Diamond ProTech, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or liability related to participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
