Products may be returned under the following conditions: 

• Product(s) are returned within 30 days of the original shipped date.
• Product(s) are in new condition (sealed and unused). 
• Product(s) are in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or removed from its original packaging, we will be unable to provide a full refund.
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned for a REFUND.
• Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over how long it takes your item to get back to us, we suggest you choose a reliable carrier that provides tracking.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please make sure your item is properly packaged for shipping and insured for its replacement value. If your return is damaged in transit you will need to file a claim with the shipper you used.
• If you would like Diamond ProTech to provide you with a pre-paid return label to help facilitate the return process, we are happy to do so in most situations. However, please note, the associated return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount when the product(s) arrives, and the refund is processed. • We do not accept drop off at the warehouse. Orders must be shipped back to us.
• If your order was shipped with a free shipping promotion we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund or store credit

Exchanges / Defective Products 

• If you believe you have received a defective product, please email customerservice.americas@diamondprotech.com for assistance. 
• We are happy to provide pre-paid return labels for customers who have received a defective item and wish to have the product exchanged or a refund issued upon return of the defective product. 
• Products may only be exchanged for similar products of an equal or lesser value. Any necessary partial refunds due to an exchange will be issued at the time of the physical exchange. 
• Missing or Damaged Items?  Please reach out to us at customerservice.americas@diamondprotech.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
