• Orders ship via USPS or Fedex. You can choose the shipping method at your checkout.
Standard shipping $7.99 is ship by USPS for sales up to $100. Shipping is FREE for sales over $100 and can take up to 5 business days. 
• Orders to Military APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS.
• Buyer is responsible for TAX and DUTY for International orders.

Estimated transit times will be shown at checkout, these estimated transit times are not guaranteed. They can be extended during peak shipping seasons or by other variables such as  weather. Orders placed at this website are shipped from New York State.  

Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship the same day. During peak seasons it can be extended. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

International Orders

• Diamond ProTech is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or tariffs. OR Buyers are responsible for any duties and fees charged for importing the products purchased. We do not add these duties and fees at checkout, you are paying us for the product plus shipping cost. We will not modify your order amount for you, or send you a fake invoice, this is illegal and any request to do so will be ignored.

• Diamond ProTech cannot control delivery times to international destinations. This depends heavily upon the country of receipt, where unavoidable customs. So please check with your customs department in the country of your residence for full disclosures and restrictions prior to purchase.
